A reflective session inspired by Birthing From Within techniques, using storytelling, journaling, and creative expression to process past births, your upcoming birth, and the postpartum transition. Designed to foster clarity, empowerment, and emotional integration.
Two hours, in your home, with your actual baby — so every answer is shaped around your child, your space, and the rhythm you're already living. We cover feeding cues, soothing, safe sleep, what's normal to worry about, and how to build a daily flow that brings more calm than chaos. A 60-minute prenatal or postpartum session designed to support your body and nervous system through personalized comfort techniques. May include acupressure, cupping, TENS, fascia release, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy, or gentle lymphatic support. Intended to promote physical relief, emotional grounding, and deeper support before or after birth.
The first 40 days after birth bring profound changes to your body, hormones, and nervous system. This program is the missing piece — the science, nutrition, and herbal wisdom that complements every form of love and support surrounding you. Personalized nutrition, custom herbal blends specific for each stage of recovery, core supplements, nervous system tools, and 40 days of direct coaching so your recovery is as intentional as everything else you've prepared for. Angelica brings naturopathic medicine, functional nutrition, and custom herbal craftsmanship to the bedside — a combination rarely offered alongside doula support. Long-trained as a doula in her own right, she is the architect of our 40-Day Postpartum Recovery Program and formulates the preparation and recovery blends we use throughout each season of care.

A note from a recent birth
I honestly feel like we underpaid. These ladies were truly amazing. Labor is difficult and it's scary. Having a calm presence who exists in that moment solely to make sure you are getting what you need emotionally made such a difference. In addition to being there for me they also were there for my family, which made it possible for my family to provide me with the support I needed. They talked me through the hardest parts and were always ready with suggestions and tools to help me cope. I was in the hospital for what felt like forever and there was never a time when someone wasn't available for me if I needed them. I can't imagine having gone through what I did without their support. You can tell they are not only very good at what they do, but that they truly care.
I hope you are all doing well! I carry you all deep in my heart. Not a day goes by without feeling so grateful that you all were by my side for AnaPaula's birth.
What an experience we had. This was not only our third time but definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without our doula by our side. We will only recommend her, as we had an amazing experience and every time kept getting better.

The Practical Details
Zelle, credit card, and Affirm (pay over time with no interest). Card and Affirm include a small processing fee. Payment plans available upon request on Zelle payments only.
To keep your birth month fully held and seamless, we ask the balance be finalized by week 34.

We serve families across South Florida. Travel beyond our radius is welcome to select cities, based on availability — simply inquire. Virtual birth support is also offered locally and globally, subject to our calendar.
